A little bit about us

At Loaded Dough and Co., we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive. Our mission is to provide meaningful employment to individuals with autism, giving them hands-on experience in a supportive and inclusive workplace. Through our bakery, we create a space where they can build social connections, gain financial security, and grow their self-esteem and independence.

With a combined 22 years of experience working with young people and adults living with autism, we’ve seen firsthand the barriers they face when entering the workforce. Our goal is to break down these barriers and create an adaptable, sensitive, and neurodiverse-friendly workplace where everyone is valued.
