Shipping Policy

All of our loaded cookies are baked fresh to order at our bakery in Hastings, Victoria. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be baked and packed before it ships.

Shipping — Australia-wide via Australia Post

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order:

Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your treats to your door.

Local pickup

Prefer to collect? Free local pickup is available from our Hastings bakery — orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Simply select pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready. Pickup hours: Tuesday–Friday 10am–5pm, Saturday 10am–4pm.

A note on freshness

Our cookies are perishable and baked without preservatives, so we recommend enjoying them soon after arrival (or freezing them for later!). During warmer months, some chocolate-loaded flavours may soften in transit — this doesn't affect taste, we promise. While we pack every order with care, we can't control carrier delays once your parcel is with Australia Post.
